Visio 2003 Developer's Survival Pack, and as such you are licensed to
install and use the tools, samples and material to the same extent as a
book. That is, you may install it on any number of machines for your own
use, but you may not install it for the use of multiple developers unless
you purchase an equivalent number of books.
Exceptions from this are components and sample code incorporated into your
projects, such as the VBVSL_Adapter tool, or VBA samples. These you are
welcome to deploy to multiple end-users (but not for development use
by multiple developers.)
- Disclaimer: The author has made his best effort to insure proper
operation of the supplied materials. However, he accepts no liability for
any loss or damages that may be incurred in the use of the supplied
materials.
In particular, note that these materials where created within the limited
framework of a book project, which affords considerably less resources for
testing than commercial software development. Consequently, there are many
testing scenarios which have not been exercised, such as use with all
possible variants of Microsoft Windows, Visio, Visual Basic, Visual Studio
.NET, past, present and especially future, and language editions of Visio
other than English. The author recommends thorough testing of the supplied
materials in the contexts of interest before deploying them in important
applications.
